1. Service Description

1.1. Holdem VPN provides secure and private internet access through VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology.

1.2. Our service includes:

• Cloud VPN — Ready-to-use VPN servers hosted on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure (Germany)
• 100 GB Traffic — Monthly data allowance
• High-Speed Access — No bandwidth throttling
• Multiple Devices — Connect from any device

3. Paid Subscriptions (After Promotion)

After the promotional period ends, the following subscription options will be available:

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your payment card details. Paddle handles all payment processing, VAT, and invoicing on our behalf.

4.2. Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

4.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.4. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

4.5. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended.

• Actions that violate third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though we strive for maximum availability.

6.2. We are not responsible for:

• User actions while using VPN
• IP address blocking by providers or services
• Hosting provider outages (Hetzner)
• Consequences of users violating laws

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). For EU users, EU GDPR also applies.
